Return and Cancellation Policy for Zen Tee

At Zen Tee, quality is our priority. We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy ONLY for items with natural or manufacturing defects.

Eligible for Refund:

Claims made within 30 days of delivery

Issues like stitching errors, fabric damage, or production-related faults

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proof of issue (clear photos or video) and purchase invoice must be provided

Not Eligible for Refund:

Wrong size or fitting issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)

Customer-caused damage (tears, stains, etc.)

Items on clearance or sale

Wear-and-tear or improper washing damage

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order ID, description, and photo/video proof

2. Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process

3. Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

At Zen Tee, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how our order cancellation process works:

1. Timeframe for Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 12 hours, the order may already be processed, packed, or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel

Email us at [email protected] or call 01904334403 as soon as possible with your Order ID and a reason for cancellation.

Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

If the product has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return policy instead.

4. Exceptions

Flash Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.

Custom or limited-edition products may not be cancelled once production begins.
